Faster table turns
No waving for the menu, the order or the bill.
Ordered. Paid.
Booked.
Built for cafés, bars, restaurants and seasonal venues that are short of staff. Guests scan the QR code, order and pay from their phone, so your team serves more tables without running for the bill. Every payment is booked automatically, in Austria as an RKSV-signed receipt. Each day closes itself, and every month your accountant gets a ready PDF report.

One menu. Your look.
Pick a design, add your logo and colours. Done.
How it works
For restaurants, cafés & bars, hotels & resorts, events & festivals, bowling & leisure, all-you-can-eat in Austria and the Netherlands.

Bring the menu in from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) and print one QR code per table: your QR menu is live. Connect your payment provider when guests should order and pay too; you can take your first order the same day.

The menu opens in the phone’s browser in the guest’s language (201 languages), with photos and allergens. Nothing to download, no account. The order reaches the kitchen the moment it is sent.

The kitchen display sorts each table into drinks, starters, mains and desserts. Any screen or tablet you already have will do.

Each guest pays all of it, their own items or a selection, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe, Mollie, Unzer or SumUp account, or in cash with the waiter. In Austria each payment becomes an RKSV-signed receipt.

What it adds up to
No waving for the menu, the order or the bill.
Photos, pairings and one-tap rounds sell what a busy waiter forgets to.
A QR payment is a receipt the moment it is made, and the day closes itself.
They read, order and split the bill at their own pace.

FAQ
A QR menu shows your dishes on the guest’s phone. QR ordering also takes the order and the payment. GoRunny is both on one code: the menu in the guest’s language, with photos and allergens, and the order and the payment on the same screen.
Yes. Until you connect a payment provider, your QR codes open your menu and your team takes the order; you can also keep it that way on purpose. Switch on ordering and payment at the table whenever you’re ready, on the same codes and the same plan.
Three plans with the same features: €69 a month billed yearly (€828 for 13 months of service), €79 a month for a season of 3 months or more, or €99 month to month for venues whose own POS signs the receipts. GoRunny takes 0% commission; your payment provider charges its own fee. Prices excl. VAT, with 30 days to change your mind.
It depends on the plan, and each card says so. Annual renews yearly and can be cancelled for the end of the paid year. Seasonal ends with the season and does not renew. Monthly can be cancelled any time; it runs to the end of the month you paid for.
No. No plan has an allowance to run out of: unlimited QR scans, orders and team members.
Two ways in. Buy now on a plan: pay by card and your dashboard opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Or ask for your free month: we reply within one business day and the month starts once we’ve approved your venue. Either way you import your menu, connect payments and print your QR codes, and you can take your first order the same day.
No. Guests use their own phones. Your kitchen and waiters use any screen or phone you already have.
No. The menu opens in their browser. No download, no account.
Your waiter takes the order on their phone. It reaches the kitchen the same way.
You do. Payments go straight into your own payment provider account. GoRunny never holds guest funds.
Your payment provider charges it under your own agreement with them; GoRunny adds nothing. On €10,000 of card sales in 250 payments of €40, their published standard prices come to €212.50 with Stripe, €242.50 with Mollie and €250.00 with SumUp: €2.13, €2.43 and €2.50 per €100 of sales. Unzer quotes on request.
Add the plan price on top.
Yes. In Austria every receipt is RKSV-signed, a QR payment at the table included. No smartcard, no extra hardware.
GoRunny does. Each business day closes itself at the hour you set (04:00 unless you change it), into a report of sales, VAT by rate and payments by method. All that is left to you is counting the cash.
Stripe · Mollie · Unzer · SumUp
ready2order · helloCash · SumUp
All of them in Austria. In the Netherlands no till is connected: GoRunny runs on its own there, with Stripe, Mollie, Unzer for payments. In Austria too, you can run GoRunny with no POS at all.
201, translated for you. 135 keep their meaning when translated back; the other 66 are marked in the menu as approximate, and guests reading them are asked to check allergens with the staff. You can edit any translation.
